Information about cancelled tickets due to weather conditions

01 feb 2012, providing that their tickets are revalidated until 9feb 2012 (included),
disregarding of related fare rules :

1) Rebooking and rerouting will be made without any charge. The rule is valid also for the different reservation booking classes.

2) Refund requests :

Unused ticket : Refund will be made without any charge.
Used ticket : Refund will be made considering as involuntary.

3) Extension of validity :

Validity of ticket can be extended until 09 Feb 12 (included) without any fare difference or penalty.
Request to extend validity of ticket after 09 Feb 12, will be made according to (original) fare rules.
