Domestic economy infant passenger: As of August 1: A charge of 400 TL on direct flights and 600 TL on connecting flights will be applicable for infant passengers travelling on a parent’s lap.

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ercan economy infant passenger: For infant passengers traveling in the same seat as parent, a fee of TRY 700 is charged for direct flights. For TR-Ercan (ECN) connecting flights, a fee is charged for every segment.
Child passenger (2-12 years) A 10% child passenger discount is only applied to B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes.
Military The 15% soldier discount is applied only for passengers in classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L. Soldiers serving with the Turkish Peace Forces in Cyprus and their dependent spouses and children between the ages of 2-12 can also benefit from discounts on Türkiye-TRNC flights.Military discount for flights departing from Türkiye and arriving in TRNC can only be made from the sales offices.
Disabled
For domestic flight classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 20% disabled passenger discount is applied. Discounts are valid only in the economy cabin.
Accompanied Disabled

For classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 20% disabled companion discount is applied in the economy cabin.

Effective July 20, 2024 (inclusive), relatives of martyrs, veterans, and first-degree relatives of veterans who are TRNC citizens, will receive a 50% discount on economy cabin net fares (excluding F/U/W/P/V fare classes) on flights departing from TRNC and arriving Türkiye and on flights departing from Türkiye and arriving TRNC.
Accompanied Veteran
For classes B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L, a 50% veteran’s companion discount is applied in the economy cabin.

Date/Route Change

0-1 hour before the flight (including Q/CL and above classes): No changes can be made.

Changes made 1 – 12 hours before a flight - B-Q classes (including the classes in between). Paid Changing Right: Passengers can change the ticket with a TRY 840 penalty fee and fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately / are not refunded. T-U classes (including the classes in between): Changes not permitted.

Changes made 12 hours or more hours prior to domestic flightst - B-Q classes (including the classes in between). Paid Changing Right: Passengers can change the ticket with a TRY 690 penalty fee and fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately / are not refunded. T-U classes (including the classes in between): Changes not permitted.

For TRNC-Ercan flights; 0-1 hour before (including L/CL and above classes): No changes can be made. Changes between 1-12 hours before departure will be processed with a penalty of TRY 1150 (no change is allowed in V/P/W/U classes) If there is a fare difference, it will be charged, the fare difference is non-refundable. Changes 12 or more hours before are subject to a penalty of TRY 1030  (in V/P/W/U classes). If there is a fee difference, it will be refunded.

Ticket changes cannot be made after the flight.

Domestic flights and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights cannot be changed to international flights.

Turkish Airlines change rules apply for connecting flights in which Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet operate together.

A cabin upgrade to Business Class can be applied until the departure of the flight. Fare differences between economy and business class, including taxes and duties, are collected from the passenger. No deduction can be made for this change.*

*This application, which includes Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights, does not include codeshare (common) flights and promotion classes.
Cancelation and Refunds

Ticketing service fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted within 12 hours of the flight for domestic flights between the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan.

For cancellation and refund transactions made 12 hours or more hours prior to domestic flights, TRY 870 is deducted. The remaining amount, excluding the ticketing service fee, will be refunded. Classes Q/T/L/V/P/W/U are non-refundable.

For flights between the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan, cancellation and refund procedures performed 12 or more hours prior to the flight will incur a TRY 1150 deduction. Classes L/V/P/W/U are non-refundable.

In cases where the flight right is not used (no-show), the ticket cannot be refunded after the flight. Only the airport tax is refunded.  

Turkish Airlines' cancellation and refund rules apply to connecting flights between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights.

Changes between 1-12 hours before departure will be processed with a penalty of 500 TL If there is a fare difference, it will be charged, the fare difference is non-refundable. Changes 12 or more hours before are subject to a penalty of 400 TL. If there is a fee difference, it will be refunded.

If the scheduled flight time is more than 12 hours away, passengers can change the ticket with a TRY 400 penalty fee. Fare differences, if applicable, are collected separately / are refunded.

Cancelations/refunds cannot be made to a ticket with between 1 hour remaining before departure. Cancellation / refund is not allowed for a ticket for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flights with between 1 hour remaining before departure.

If the scheduled flight time is between 1-12 hours away, a TRY 560 deduction is made on cancelations or refunds and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded. (No refunds can be made to V/P/W/U classes.) If the scheduled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flight time is between 1-12 hours away, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 720  penalty fee. (No refunds can be made to W/U classes.)

If time for the scheduled flight is more than 12 hours, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 375 penalty fee, and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded. If time for the scheduled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus-Ercan flight is more than 12 hours, passengers can cancel/refund the ticket with a TRY 500 penalty fee, and the remaining amount, minus the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded.

In case of no-show, ticket refunds cannot be made after the flight. Only landing charges are refunded.

For flights that include connecting flights between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet, Turkish Airlines' cancelation/refund rules apply.

Changes between 1-12 hours before departure will be processed with a penalty of TRY 2300 and if there is a fare difference, it will be refunded. No deduction is made for changes made 12 hours or more. Ticket changes cannot be made after the flight.

Infants aged (0-2 year) A fixed price of TRY 169 is applied for infants aged 0-2 who do not require a seat.  Students Student passengers must between the ages of 13-25 (younger than 26) will have 10% discount on seat fee excluding taxes. The student ages are 13-25 on Lefkosa flights. The “Student” passenger type is valid for tickets purchased via sales channels other than www.anadolujet.com and mobile application. Passengers purchasing discounted tickets are required to submit their documents regarding the discount basis. “Student” passengers are required to become Miles&Smiles members before ticketing.
Jetgenç For a Jetgenç discount passenger must be between 13 and 25 (younger than 26) who is a Turkish citizen and member of Jetgenç's program, 10% discount is applied on ticket fare excluding taxes and fees for Jetgenç passenger type. Jetgenç passenger type is only valid for tickets which are bought via www.anadolujet.com and the AnadoluJet mobile app.
Infants aged (0-2 year) A fixed price of TRY 169 is applied for infants aged 0-2 who do not require a seat. The fee is TRY 339 on tickets with connecting flights, TRY 359 for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus flights.
Children aged (2-12 years) For children passengers (completed the age of 2 and not completed the age of 12), a discount of 10% (taxes excluded) is applied based on the seat rates.
Military/Veteran Soldier: A discount of %15 is applied on tax-excluded seat prices for privates and non-commissioned officers passengers on domestic and Northern Cyprus (Ercan) flights. The discount is valid on Turkish Airlines sales Office, and call center. Veterans and veteran companions are entitled to 20% discount on seat fares excluding taxes. Companion discount is provided upon submission of medical report including the statement of “must travel with a companion”. Discount is not applicable on AnadoluJet online sales.
Family A family discount of 10% is applied to the passengers with the same surname for at least 3 and at most 9 persons. Family discount is not valid for the reservations of two adults and one infant. The discount is valid on all AnadoluJet sales channels. The discount is applicable on the website of Turkish Airlines. It is not applicable for tickets to be purchased via the mobile application of Turkish Airlines.
Disabled A 20% disability discount is provided for B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes and packages for reservations and ticketing performed through all sales channels on Anadolujet Domestic and T.R.N.C (Ercan) flights.
Accompanied Disabled For reservations and ticketing performed for Anadolujet Domestic and T.R.N.C (Ercan) flights through all sales channels, a 20% disabled companion discount is provided on the condition that the companion travels with the disabled passenger for B, M, A, H, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes and packages.
Disabled / Veteran Relative A 50% discount is provided to the first-degree relatives of veterans and disabled passengers (mother, father, spouse, single child under the age of 25) only for reservations and ticketing performed through TK Sales Offices on Anadolujet Domestic and T.R.N.C (Ercan) flights on the condition that they travel with the disabled/Veteran passenger for B, M, A, H, S, O, Q, T, L classes and packages.

No-show (failure to board the flight without prior cancelation)
The tickets which have more than one flight (roundtrip, transit or multiple) must be used in sequence. If you do not board any of your flights, the remaining flights (including return flights) will be automatically canceled unless you provide information by calling our Call Center. (Ticketing service charge and fuel oil charge shall not be evaluated within the scope of tax refund.) Otherwise, in case of canceled flights, if there is no available seat on their own flight, it is necessary to apply to the sales offices in order to be able to fly at first flight that has an availability within 24 hours)

In cases where there is no difference in the fare class of the ticket, changes to the ticket can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time without a penalty fee and fare difference. In case of a fare class difference, the difference will be charged. For ticket changes made between 2 hours before and/or after the scheduled flight departure time, the deduction amounts determined for the relevant route are applied.
