Terms and conditions

1. Earning of Miles&Smiles Miles is only applicable to Miles&Smiles members.
2. Earning of Miles&Smiles Miles is only applicable when you exchange CentaraThe1 Points for Miles&Smiles via the CentaraThe1 rewards platform at https://centara1card.com
3. Members must provide their valid Miles&Smiles membership number to Centara when exchanging CentaraThe1 points to miles. No miles will be credited if an invalid membership number is provided.
4. 5,000 CentaraThe1 points can be converted to 1,200 Miles&Smiles Miles.
5. Miles will be credited within 7 working days from the request of the exchange of CentaraThe1 Points to Miles&Smiles Miles.
6. Earning Miles&Smiles Miles will not be applicable to hotel and resort bookings
7. To transfer CentaraThe1 Points from your CentaraThe1 Card member account to your Miles&Smiles membership account:
   1. Log in to CentaraThe1.com
   2. Click on “Transfer my Points” under the “My profile” section
   3. In the “Partner box”, please select “Turkish Airlines”
   4. In the “Transfer to” box, please fill in your membership number
   5. In the “Point to transfer"" box, please fill in the amount of CentaraThe1 points you wish to transfer
   6. Click “Transfer”
   7. Please review and click “Confirm”
8. Once a request to transfer CentaraThe1 Points to Miles&Smiles Miles is submitted, it cannot be canceled, and the CentaraThe1 Points cannot be returned to your account.
9. Once CentaraThe1 Points are transferred, they are subject to Miles&Smiles terms and conditions.
