*Passengers traveling on a domestic flight via a partnership flight on the same day as their connecting international flight (including flights until 05:00 on the next day), or who are Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) holders with an international flight and a domestic connecting flight can receive service at the domestic CIP Lounge with one guest. The flights (international and domestic) must be on the same ticket.
In some airports, domestic CIP Lounge have two sections. At these stations, Business Class passengers and Miles&Smiles Elite Plus card passengers are offered access to the Business section of the Lounge. Miles&Smiles Elite, Miles&Smiles Classic Plus, SAG, PLM, CORP card and fee / miles passengers are offered access to the Miles & Smiles (M&S) section.
**Family: Spouse traveling with the passenger who has the right to use the Lounge and children under the age of 25. (Spouse and children must enter the Lounge with the passenger who has Lounge entry rights)

*Passengers holding a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card (CORP) and an accompanying guest can receive services only from the CIP Lounge belonging to the partnership in the country indicated on the card, as well as from international lounges in Türkiye. Passengers who hold a Turkish Airlines Corporate Club Card issued in Türkiye can receive service only from private international passenger lounges in Türkiye.
The Istanbul Airport International Passenger Lounges consist of two sections:
1. Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business regardless of card type.
2. Passengers with Miles&Smiles Elite Plus, Miles&Smiles Elite, SAG, PLM and CORP cards can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles & Smiles section. Passengers can also use Miles to purchase entry into this Lounge.
Only Business Class passengers can enter the Turkish Airlines Lounge Business. Business Class passengers with the appropriate card type may bring a guest into the Lounge Miles & Smiles section.

*For a Corporate Club Card holder to access the lounge, they must have a single ticket that includes either an international trip to Türkiye or a trip from Türkiye to another country.
Terms and conditions defining the general or chargeable use of Special Passenger Lounges for passengers on Turkish Airlines flights
- There is no charge for infant passengers aged 0 to 2 years.
- Infant and child passenger(s) aged 0-6 years who are traveling with family member(s) may use the lounge free of charge if the Miles&Smiles Classic Cardholder has purchased a lounge use service. Child passengers aged 7 to 12 years old traveling with a family member will be charged 50% of the fee listed in the table. Non-family guests and/or child passengers aged 3 to 12 are charged the full fee.
- Because the Miles&Smiles Classic Plus cardholder does not have guest/family benefits, each accompanying child passenger aged 3-12 will be charged the 50% of the fee listed in the table. Non-family guests and/or child passengers aged 3 to 12 are charged the full fee.
- Miles&Smiles Elite and Miles&Smiles Elite Plus cardholders may enter the lounge with infant(s) and child passenger(s) who are family members. Non-family guests and/or child passengers are charged the full fee. If the cardholder passenger is not accompanied by family members, they may bring in one non-family member child passenger as a guest; additional child passenger(s) and/or guest(s), if any, will be charged the full fee.
- Passengers who are not Miles&Smiles members receive a digital card after completing the online membership form, and can then use the lounge for a fee.
- Passengers who purchase the lounge service may access only the Miles&Smiles section of domestic private passenger lounges, which are divided into two sections.
- The application may be suspended during peak periods, such as official holidays and the days before and after official holidays.
- Except at Istanbul Airport, passengers who have purchased lounge access may enter the lounge at least two hours before their flight.
- Passengers who purchase lounge usage service for the Istanbul Airport Domestic Private Passenger Lounge can enter the lounge as early as four hours before their flights, if their flights begin in Istanbul; and as early as six hours before their flights, if their flights begin elsewhere.
- Passengers who purchased lounge usage services may be refunded under the terms of their right of withdrawal if they do not enter the lounge at all.
- The fee may be refunded in cases where the passenger is not at fault and the reason is operational.
- The fee for using the lounge service is non-refundable. In the event of a flight cancellation, the fee may be refunded even if the passenger used the lounge.
- If a passenger requests a refund/change of ticket before the flight but after using the lounge under the terms of the fee or Business Class ticket and/or status card, the lounge usage fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
- Even if a passenger on a charter flight has a Business Class ticket or status card, they are not permitted to use the lounge. Passengers may benefit from this right if the agency that enters into a charter agreement purchases special lounge usage rights for their passengers.
- Guests traveling on THY flights are not permitted to bring a passenger traveling on a AJet flight into the lounge. Similarly, a traveler on a AJet flight is not permitted to invite a traveler on an THY flight into the lounge as a guest.

For Miles&Smiles cardholders traveling on AJET flights, specific rules and conditions apply to the use of special passenger lounges, whether for general or paid use:
- There is no extra charge for infants and children aged 0-6 who are accompanied by the passenger(s) who are family members while using the lounge for a fee. Passengers who are children between the ages of 7-12 and are part of the same family will be required to pay 50% of the fee listed in the table. Passengers aged 3-12 who are traveling without a family member will be required to pay the full fare.
- No charges apply for infant passengers aged 0-2 years.
- The complimentary access to the lounge for infants and children aged 0-6 years traveling with family members is applicable only if the passenger has paid the lounge usage service or possesses a family privilege granted by their status card level.
- When a Miles&Smiles Elite or Miles&Smiles Elite Plus cardholder brings along their family members, including infants and child passengers, they will be charged the full fare for any child passenger who is not a family member accompanying the cardholder. If the passenger is traveling without family members, the first child passenger who is not a family member will be considered a guest and accepted without a fee. However, the full fee will be charged for any additional child passengers.
- If a passenger is traveling with children, whether or not they are accompanied by family members, there will be no extra charge for children between the ages of 3-6 if they use the lounge for a fee. Child passengers aged 7-12 who are accompanied by a family member will be charged 50% of the fee listed in the table. The full fare will be applied to any guest(s) or child passenger(s) who are not accompanied by a family member.
- Non-Miles&Smiles members can enjoy access to the lounge by simply filling out the online membership form and creating a digital card. A small fee will be charged for this service.
- Customers who opt to pay a fee for lounge usage service will have access to the exclusive Miles&Smiles section of the lounge. This section is specifically designated for domestic special passengers and is divided into two separate areas.
- The application may experience interruptions during busy periods, such as public holidays and the days before and after holidays.
- Passengers who have purchased the domestic lounge usage service are welcome to enter the lounge at least two hours before their flight, with the exception of Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
- Customers who wish to use the lounge service at Sabiha Gökçen Airport Domestic Private Passenger are permitted to enter the lounge up to three hours before their flight if their journey begins at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. If their journey involves a connecting flight from a different starting point, they can enter the lounge up to four hours before their flight.
- Customers who have paid for lounge usage service are eligible for a refund if they choose not to enter the lounge.
- In certain situations where the passenger is not at fault and the issue is related to operational reasons, a refund may be provided.
- Refunds will not be provided if the lounge service is utilized. (In the event of flight cancellations, passengers may be eligible for a fare refund, even if they have already used the lounge.)
- If a passenger wants a refund or wishes to make changes to their ticket before the flight, but after they have entered the lounge by paying the fee or using their business class ticket or status card, the refund or change will be processed after deducting the lounge usage fee from the ticket price.
- Regardless of the passenger's ticket class or status card, they are not permitted to access the lounge on a charter flight. In certain cases, passengers may be granted access to the lounge if the agency arranging the charter agreement has obtained special lounge usage rights for its passengers.
- Guests traveling on AJet flights are not permitted to bring a passenger traveling on a THY flight into the lounge. Similarly, a traveler on a THY flight is not permitted to invite a traveler on an AJet flight into the lounge as a guest.
