  1. As per the standard proposition, members will earn 4,167 Miles for every USD 100 of VAT refunds.
  2. Miles will be credited to the member’s Miles&Smiles account within 48 hours from the date of successful submission of the request.
  3. Miles&Smiles members will be eligible to convert utu miles only if:
  4. Miles&Smiles membership is active at the time of registration
  5. Miles&Smiles has been selected as the default Refund method
  6. Miles&Smiles account is linked to the member’s utu account
  7. Tax refund has been successfully credited to the utu Tax Free Card
  8. Miles&Smiles members will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once the VAT refund has been received.
