Opened in 1976, Gaziantep Airport (GZT) is about 21 kilometers south of the city center. The airport's new terminal building, which opened in 2021, spans 72,593 square meters. The domestic and international terminal building, which can accommodate six million passengers per year, also features a parking lot with a capacity for 2,049 vehicles, plus six passenger bridges and a VIP lounge.
