Dear Passengers,
Some additional controls may be applied to our passengers who have flights arriving in Venezuela (CCS), Mexico (MEX and CUN), Colombia (BOG), Cuba (HAV) and Brazil (GRU), apart from the general rules such as passport and visa requirements. Since the country's authorities may deny entry to the country with respect to the following requirements, similar controls can be carried out during boarding.

Venezuela
Rules to be considered for flights arriving at Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport (CCS):
Passengers may use Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport as a transit point or for entry into Venezuela.
Transit point
- Transit through Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport is possible only for flights with a connection time between 4-12 hours. Passengers with onward flights must pick up their baggage, enter the country and check-in at the other airline's counter. Please note that the check-in counters are closed 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights. Passengers who do not meet the entry requirements for their destination country will not be permitted to check-in or board the aircraft.
- Due to requirements for entering the country, passengers with connecting flights must meet visa and other provisions for the country in which they hold a passport.
Entering the country:
The general requirements for entering the country (Venezuela) are as follows:
- Visa (Only for visa-required countries and obtained in accordance with the purpose of travel)
- Hotel reservation (paid and covering the travel period) or official invitation letter (Notarized)
- Return ticket
Mexico
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at Cancun International Airport (CUN):
The general requirements for entering the country (Mexico) are as follows:
- Mexico Electronic Visa (SAE) (Provided that the same document is not reused)
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
- Return ticket
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at Mexico City International Airport (MEX):
The general requirements for entering the country (Mexico) are as follows:
- Transit Visa in case of transit flight
- In case of a transit flight, flight ticket for the next flight
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
- Return ticket for round-trip journeys (provided that the flight ticket date is within the visa validity period for countries that require a visa)
Colombia
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at Bogota El Dorado (BOG) International Airport:
The general requirements for entering the country (Colombia) are as follows:
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
- Return ticket included in the same PNR for round-trip journeys (provided that the ticket date is within the visa validity period for countries that require a visa)
- In case of a transit flight, transit time must be less than 24 hours
Panama
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at Panama City Tocumen International (PTY) Airport:
The general requirements for entering the country (Panama) are as follows:
- A valid visa for passengers whose final destination is Panama or who will transit through Panama (For countries that require a visa).
- Return ticket for round-trip journeys (provided that the visa is within the validity period for countries that require a visa)
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
- For transit flights, the transfer time should not exceed 12 hours.
Cuba
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at Havana Jose Marti International Airport (HAV):
The general requirements for entering the country (Cuba) are as follows:
- Return ticket for round-trip and transit journeys (provided that the visa is within the validity period for countries with visa application)
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
In addition, our passengers' requests to enter the country may be rejected in the following cases.
- Passengers who do not have enough cash or valid credit card for the duration of their stay
Brazil
Passengers should pay attention to below requirements for flights arriving at São Paulo Guarulhos International Airport (GRU):
The general requirements for entering the country (Brazil) are as follows:
- Return ticket for round-trip and transit journeys (provided that the visa is within the validity period for countries that require a visa)
- Hotel reservation (Already paid and covering the travel period)
- Transit flights should not exceed 24 hours.
In addition, our passengers' requests to enter the country may be rejected in the following cases.
- Passengers who do not have enough cash or valid credit card for the duration of their stay.
We would like to point out that our passengers who do not meet one of the conditions stated above for mentioned airports may experience problems at the relevant flight’s boarding gate.
