With Take-Off Vocational Experience program, your future is in the sky!

Take-Off Vocational Experience, which aims to train future aviation leaders in Europe, is a 2-3 years program specially prepared for vocational students seeking a career in the aviation sector in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France or Switzerland. Students, who are selected for the program, will have the opportunity to rotate among different departments such as operation, sales, marketing and accounting.

  • Eligible for Vocational Schools in terms of age and qualifications 
  • Disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented 
  • High enthusiasm for aviation 
  • Strong command of written and spoken English 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem solver and lifelong learner


What stages will you go through?

General ability test

We assess your skills in an exam that tests comprehension, problem solving and analytical skills.

English exam

Since the most important part of our job is communication, we evaluate your level of English, which is the common language of aviation.


Group interview

We observe your competencies through a group case study.

Interview

You will meet with Human Resources and unit representatives, so we can get to know you better.

What are the top traits you look for in a potential candidate? Learn more

We are looking for teammates with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A good candidate should be dedicated and open to teamwork. Most importantly, the candidate should be willing to learn and ask questions!

What is the overall assessment process? Learn more

The assessment is a four-step process. The first two steps include general ability and English language ability tests. Then, we conduct two interviews, including case-based group interviews and one-on-one interviews.

Will I have to travel for the interviews? Learn more

The assessment process points are in certain cities and candidates may have to travel to the city closest to them. For instance, in Germany, Hanover, Dusseldorf and Nuremberg are assessment process points.

Depending on your performance, you are likely to be employed as a full-time employee. So far, 78% of our vocational students have been employed under full-time contracts.
