Our flights to and from Ukraine December 31, 2022 (inclusive) have been cancelled. Passengers whose flights are canceled can benefit from the rights specified in the flight disruptions page and perform their transactions through our call center, sales offices, mobile apps and website.

Rights granted to passengers with flights to and from Ukraine that have not been cancelled: Learn more

Our passengers who have flight tickets purchased on or before February 24, 2022 for flights arriving to/departing from Ukraine between February 24, 2022 and August 23, 2022 (included), have been granted additional change and refund rights with a condition that they make or demand transaction to their tickets until August 23,2022 (included):

1) Reservation and route changes will be made free of charge to same cabin class and similar region.

2) Regarding refunds:

a) Unused tickets can be refunded.

b) For partially used tickets (tickets of travels which have not been completed) only the unused part of the ticket can be refunded.

3) Extension of the ticket validity period: Validity date of the tickets may be extended until 31/10/2022 (included) without any fee or penalty.

4) These rules apply to flights operated by Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet only.

5) Ticket changes and refunds can be made through the Turkish Airlines website, mobile applications, sales offices, call center, and the agencies from which the ticket was purchased.

Our flights from/to Minsk (Belarus), Krasnodar have been cancelled until December 31, 2022 (inclusive),  from/to Sochi (Russia) have been cancelled until December 31, 2022 (inclusive), from/to Rostov (Russia) have been cancelled until December, 2022 (inclusive) and from/to Yekaterinburg (Russia) have been cancelled until December 31, 2022 (inclusive). Passengers whose flights are canceled can benefit from the rights specified in the flight disruptions page and perform their transactions through our call center, sales offices, mobile apps and website.

Refund and change rights have been granted to our passengers who have tickets issued on or before 24th of February for flights from/to Russia between 24th of February-23st of August, 2022.
