What Do "Offer" and "Order" Mean in NDC? Learn more

The creation of different product suggestions by the airline according to passenger needs and search queries and their presentation to the customer at the time of purchase is called an “offer”. After the offer is accepted, the payment for the products requested in the offer is called an “order”.

Who Can Connect to TKCONNECT? Learn more

Agencies and distribution intermediaries (such as technology providers, aggregators, TMCs, OTAs, consolidators and other third-party vendors) may connect directly with TKCONNECT.

Using TKCONNECT, tickets can be issued for both simple and complex travel plans (one way, round trip, openjaw etc.).

Tickets are provided with standard agency reports through the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC).

Post-booking transactions are supported. (Exchange, reissue, refund, void.)
