AnadoluJet, which meets the air transportation needs of Anatolia in an advantageous way, was launched on AJet.com for domestic and international flights under the name AJet. AnadoluJet, which was established in 2008 as a sub-brand of Turkish Airlines in order to meet the air transportation needs of Anatolia with advantageous options, launched ticket sales under the name "AJet" as of March 12, 2024 on its official website AJet.com.

AnadoluJet, which was established as a successful brand of Turkish Airlines with the goal of "Let there be no one who does not fly", has brought over 150 million guests safely to their loved ones in 16 years.

As of March 31, 2024, AJet, which aims to make the airline experience more modern, comfortable and accessible by meeting the sky, will further strengthen its competitive position in the market and become a low-cost airline at global standards.

Dear Passengers,

Turkish Airlines' new brand AJet starting to flights as of March 31, 2024. Additional rights have been given for our passengers registered for AnadoluJet flights on March 31 and after due to the AJet transition. 

Due to this change, passengers registered for Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights between 31 March 2024 - 26 October 2024 (included) for tickets issued on or before 12 March 2024, provided that they take action until 26 October 2024 (included):

1) Reservation changes:

Reservation change requests can be made free of charge for flights with TK**** flight code within the same routes. Reservation changes can only be made up to 7 days before or 30 days after the original travel date.

2) Refund requests:

a) Unused tickets will be refunded free of charge.

b) For tickets that have been partially used and the journey has not been completed; Refunds for unused flights will be made free of charge.

3) Extending the ticket duration:

The validity of the ticket can be extended until 31 December 2024 (included) without any fee difference or penalty, provided that it is only for Turkish Airlines flights.

4) New AJet flight information has been sent to our passengers affected by the change. There is no action required for our passengers who accept the AJet flight. It is sufficient to join the flight with AJet flight information.

After March 31, 2024, flights departing from and arriving to Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany (Berlin (BER), Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hannover, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart), Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil), Netherlands, UAE (Dubai, Sharjah), United Kingdom (London (STN)), Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, TRNC, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Lebanon, Hungary, Serbia and passengers registered on all domestic AnadoluJet flights will be transferred to AJet flights. Between March 31 and October 26, 2024, all passengers with AnadoluJet flights arriving/departing from/to the aforementioned countries are entitled to an full refund until October 26, 2024 and a free change to Turkish Airlines flights in the same flight region (e.g. SAW-AMS flight to IST-AMS).
