AnadoluJet, which meets the air transportation needs of Anatolia in an advantageous way, was launched on AJet.com for domestic and international flights under the name AJet. AnadoluJet, which was established in 2008 as a sub-brand of Turkish Airlines in order to meet the air transportation needs of Anatolia with advantageous options, launched ticket sales under the name "AJet" as of March 12, 2024 on its official website AJet.com.
AnadoluJet, which was established as a successful brand of Turkish Airlines with the goal of "Let there be no one who does not fly", has brought over 150 million guests safely to their loved ones in 16 years.
As of March 31, 2024, AJet, which aims to make the airline experience more modern, comfortable and accessible by meeting the sky, will further strengthen its competitive position in the market and become a low-cost airline at global standards.

Turkish Airlines' new brand AJet starting to flights as of March 31, 2024. Additional rights have been given for our passengers registered for AnadoluJet flights on March 31 and after due to the AJet transition.

1) Reservation changes:
Reservation change requests can be made free of charge for flights with TK**** flight code within the same routes. Reservation changes can only be made up to 7 days before or 30 days after the original travel date.
2) Refund requests:
a) Unused tickets will be refunded free of charge.
b) For tickets that have been partially used and the journey has not been completed; Refunds for unused flights will be made free of charge.
3) Extending the ticket duration:
The validity of the ticket can be extended until 31 December 2024 (included) without any fee difference or penalty, provided that it is only for Turkish Airlines flights.
4) New AJet flight information has been sent to our passengers affected by the change. There is no action required for our passengers who accept the AJet flight. It is sufficient to join the flight with AJet flight information.

After March 31, 2024, flights departing from and arriving to Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany (Berlin (BER), Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hannover, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart), Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil), Netherlands, UAE (Dubai, Sharjah), United Kingdom (London (STN)), Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, TRNC, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Lebanon, Hungary, Serbia and passengers registered on all domestic AnadoluJet flights will be transferred to AJet flights. The questions and answers below have been prepared within the framework of these flights.
Passengers who have AnadoluJet flight tickets issued through Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet online channels and have AnadoluJet flights before March 31, 2024 will be able to check-in and purchase additional services through Turkish Airlines online channels.
Between March 31 and October 26, 2024, all passengers with AnadoluJet flights arriving/departing from/to the aforementioned countries are entitled to an full refund until October 26, 2024 and a free change to Turkish Airlines flights in the same flight region (e.g. SAW-AMS flight to IST-AMS). Passengers registered on AnadoluJet flights who do not use their refund or change rights will be automatically transferred to AJet flights.
Between March 31 and October 26, 2024, all passengers with AnadoluJet flights departing/arriving from/to the mentioned countries will be automatically transferred to AJet flights and you do not need to take any action to register for the new flight.
For AnadoluJet flights purchased before March 12, 2024 and after March 31, 2024, AnadoluJet flights purchased after March 31, 2024 are entitled to full refund via Turkish Airlines online channels and free change to Turkish Airlines flights in the same flight region (e.g. SAW-AMS flight as IST-AMS). Passengers registered on AnadoluJet flights who do not use their refund or change rights will be automatically transferred to AJet flights.
For your AnadoluJet flights purchased before March 12, 2024, additional services cannot be sold whether they are transferred to AJet flights or not.
For AnadoluJet flights purchased before March 12, 2024 and after March 31, 2024, full refund right has been defined through Turkish Airlines online channels. This right also applies to the additional services you have purchased.
For flights after March 31, 2024, your AnadoluJet flight code starting with TK**** will be automatically changed to AJet flight code VF****. Your new flight information will be sent via sms and e-mail to the contact addresses (phone number, e-mail address) you entered when purchasing your ticket. Passengers who have purchased their tickets through agencies are required to follow the sms and e-mail address updates by contacting their agencies.
You can use the check-in counters at the airports as of 24 hours before your flight which is transferred from AnadoluJet to AJet.
Tickets issued through AJet can only be processed through AJet online channels.
No. Miles&Smiles status privileges will not apply on the flights operated by AJet.
Yes. Before March 12, 2024, you will be able to earn Miles for all tickets booked under the name of AnadoluJet, even if the flight will be operated by AJet.
Since AJet is not one of the contracted airlines included in the Miles&Smiles passenger program, award tickets cannot be issued for AJet flights within the scope of Miles&Smiles.
