Terms and conditions

  • The campaign is valid for tickets issued between November 20, 2024 - March 31, 2025 for flights taking place between November 20, 2024 – March 20, 2026.
  • The campaign is valid only for tickets and additional services purchased through the Turkish Airlines mobile application and website.
  • Flights paid with a TROY card by selecting the load money to TK Wallet and pay option will earn 5% TK Money.
  • The campaign can be used for tickets and additional services purchased from the Turkish Airlines website and mobile application, and for flights with Turkish Airlines.
  • In order for TK Money to be available, purchased flights must be completed. After the flight is completed, the TK Money earned is loaded to the TK Wallet account and cannot be cashed out. In case of ticket changes (reissue), the earned TK Money is calculated over the final amount.
  • Until the flight is completed, the TK Money remains in “Pending TK Money” status. The TK Money earned is seen in the TK Money balance. This information is available on the Miles&Smiles TK Wallet page.
  • Due to business rules, transactions can be made only in TRY currency with Turkish cards. Balance top-ups to TK Wallet in foreign currencies cannot be made with TROY card.
  • The amount of TK Money to be earned from flights is calculated on the final payment amount upon the completion of all flights. If part or all of the payment is made in TK Money, TK Money cannot be earned on the part of the payment made in TK Money.
  • If tickets issued with TK Wallet are returned, the relevant amount is transferred to TK Wallet at the end of the day.
  • The validity period of TK Money is two years from the start of the right of use. TK Money not used within this period is not refundable and no claim can be made for the balance in question.
  • In case of changes to tickets purchased within the scope of the campaign, fare class rules apply.
  • The fare includes airport taxes, service charges and fuel charges.
  • The campaign is valid only on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid for Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, Star Alliance partner airlines flights and AJet flights.
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to initiate legal action against those concerned in case of any rules violations.
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, definitions and other information, and to cancel the campaign.
