TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The cost of Transferring Miles is 20 USD (including VAT) for 1,000 Miles.
  • There are no minimum or maximum limits on the amount of Miles that can be transferred.
  • Members can transfer Miles to any number of recipients.
  • Transferred Miles will be valid for three calendar years from the date of transfer.
  • High Five Kids Club members are not eligible for the Miles Transfer application.
  • Transferring Miles can be completed by logging into your account on our website or mobile app and accessing the " Miles Transactions" section.
  • The fees paid for the Transferring Miles and the transferred Miles are non-refundable.
  • The use of Transferred Miles is subject to the terms and conditions of the Miles&Smiles program.
  • Status Miles cannot be transferred. Transferring Miles do not affect status levels.
  • Transferred Miles can be transferred again.
