As Turkish Airlines, flying to the most destinations in the world, we continue to support sports and athletes. Accordingly, we organize the "Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup" amateur golf tournament and transport one set of golf equipment per participant free of charge on international flight.

Carrying golf equipment on flights

A golfing set consists of golf club, golf ball, a pair of golf shoes, golf tee and golf bag. Personal belongings shall not be put in golf bag. 

  • The weight of one set shall not exceed 23 kg. 
  • Golfing set transportation service is for domestic flights and we carry your 1 golfing set for 395 TRY.
  • For international flights, the first golfing set is free of charge, and the special baggage fee is applied for the second and subsequent sets.
  • Golfing equipment shall be packed in a way to prevent damage and carried in their special bag.
  • It is mandatory to make reservation entry.
