Terms and conditions 

  • Miles&Smiles miles are awarded on qualifying retail rentals at participating locations worldwide. Contract, Tour, Industry and Replacement rentals do not qualify for Miles. 
  • Miles are earned per rental and are issued upon return of the vehicle 
  • Miles&Smiles members must quote their membership number when making a reservation and present their digital membership card and TK Number in order to earn miles.
  • Members will be eligible to earn Miles&Smiles miles only if the name in the rental agreement matches the name in the Miles&Smiles membership account. 
  • It can take 6-8 weeks for miles earned from car rental to show up in the member’s Miles&Smiles account.
