  • In order to earn Miles from yacht rentals, Members must enter their 9-digit Miles&Smiles Membership Number on the page where the yacht booking is completed. Miles cannot be earned if:
  • Miles&Smiles Membership Number is entered incorrectly or is not entered.
  • It is not possible to process retroactive missing Miles.
  • In order to earn Miles, the Member must have completed the relevant yacht rental. Members cannot earn Miles if they make a booking and do not come to the yacht (no-show) or cancel the booking.
