자격 요건은 어떻게 되나요?

Stopover in Istanbul 프로그램의 범위 내에서 환승 시간이 최소 20시간인 승객은 무료로 머물며 뛰어난 역사와 문화 유산을 자랑하는 이스탄불에서 잊지 못할 추억을 쌓을 수 있습니다. 숙박에 필요한 바우처는 신청이 완료된 후 발급됩니다.

신청 방법

승객은 첫 항공편의 최소 72시간 전에 이름-성, 예약 코드(PNR), 항공권 번호, 원하는 숙박 날짜, 선호하는 객실 유형, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 정보를 아래 표에서 출발 국가에 해당하는 이메일로 전송하거나 PNR 및 성 정보와 함께 위의 예약자를 통해 예약할 수 있습니다.

어떤 서비스를 제공하나요?

승객은 Stopover in Istanbul에 참여하는 호텔에 머무는 동안 이스탄불의 역사와 문화를 탐험하고 이스탄불 특유의 액티비티를 즐길 수 있습니다. Economy Class 승객은 4성급 호텔에서 1박, Business Class 승객은 5성급 또는 부티크 호텔에서 2박을 무료로 숙박할 수 있습니다.

이용 약관

Stopover 서비스의 일반 조건
• Stopover 서비스의 혜택을 받으려면 두 항공편 사이에 최소 20시간의 레이오버가 있어야 합니다.
• 출발 및 귀국 항공편이 모두 이스탄불 공항(IST)에서 환승하여 해외에서 해외로 여행하는 승객은 Stopover 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• Stopover 숙박 서비스를 이용하려면 두 항공편 사이의 레이오버가 7일을 넘지 않아야 합니다.
• Stopover 숙박 서비스를 이용하려면 출국 항공편과 귀국 항공편이 동일한 예약에 있어야 합니다. 출발과 귀국 항공편에 별도의 항공권은 허용되지 않습니다.
• 승객은 출국이나 귀국 항공편에서 한 번만 이 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• Stopover 혜택이 유효하려면 출발 국가와 도착 국가가 동일해야 합니다.
• Stopover 숙박 서비스는 Turkish Airlines에서 운항하는 왕복 항공편에만 이용할 수 있습니다. 항공권 번호가 235로 시작하는 승객은 이 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 규칙은 국가에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. Stopover 숙박 서비스 혜택을 받는 승객은 Turkish Airlines으로 처음 출발하는 국가의 규칙을 따릅니다.
• Stopover 서비스를 이용하는 승객은 동일한 노선에서 Touristanbul 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
• 18세 미만의 승객 및 혼자 여행하는 승객은 Stopover 숙박 서비스의 혜택을 받을 수 없습니다.

숙박 조건 및 기간
• Economy Class 승객은 4성급 호텔에서 1박을 무료로 숙박할 수 있습니다.
• Business Class 승객은 5성급 또는 부티크 호텔에서 2박을 무료로 숙박할 수 있습니다.
* 특수한 경우:
호주, 캐나다, 칠레, 중국(PVG, CAN, PEK), 인도네시아, 일본, 말레이시아, 멕시코, 뉴질랜드, 싱가포르, 대한민국, 대만, 미국에서 여행하는 승객:
- Economy Class 승객은 4성급 호텔에서 2박을 무료로 숙박할 수 있습니다.
- Business Class 승객은 5성급 또는 부티크 호텔에서 3박을 무료로 숙박할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 숙박 기간은 연속으로 사용해야 하며 다른 날짜로 나눌 수 없습니다.

신청 및 승인 절차
• Stopover 서비스의 혜택을 받으려는 승객은 적어도 출발 72시간 전까지 신청해야 합니다. 72시간 이내에 접수된 요청은 처리되지 않습니다.
• Stopover 숙박 서비스를 이용하려는 승객은 발권 절차가 완료된 후 신청해야 합니다.
• 서비스를 신청하지 않은 승객은 여행 중 일정이 변경되거나 항공편이 취소된 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

비자, 교통편, 추가 비용
• 튀르키예 입출국에 필요한 모든 서류를 준비하는 것은 승객의 책임입니다. 여행 전에 E-비자 페이지를 방문하세요.
• 비자 수수료, 이스탄불 여행 경비, 공항과 호텔 간 여행 경비는 승객이 지불합니다.

호텔 바우처 사용 및 변경
• 호텔 바우처가 없는 승객은 무료 숙박 서비스 혜택을 받을 수 없습니다.
• 호텔 체크인 시 호텔 바우처와 탑승권을 제시해야 합니다.
• 호텔 바우처는 현재 항공권 번호로 생성됩니다. 항공권 번호가 변경되면 승객은 새 바우처를 요청해야 합니다.
• 시스템에서 호텔 바우처를 발급한 후에는 개인적인 요청에 따라 호텔 바우처를 변경할 수 없습니다.
• 추가 숙박의 경우 호텔 바우처를 받은 후 호텔에 직접 연락하여 Turkish Airlines의 특별 요금 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

유효하지 않은 조건
• N 및 R 요금 클래스 항공권을 소지한 승객은 Stopover 숙박 서비스의 혜택을 받을 수 없습니다.
• Turkish Airlines는 이스탄불 Stopover 서비스의 약관을 변경할 수 있는 권한을 보유합니다.
