Corporate Social Responsibility

We fly to the most countries in the world and connect continents.

We build powerful bridges between different worlds, people and cultures.

As a brand with a passion to connect the world in the most powerful way, we have a great responsibility.

This responsibility compels us to carry out numerous projects and develop collaborations on behalf of our world and humanity.

At the heart of our work are local and global projects that fully consider the future of individuals, education and nature while generating sustainable benefits.

Environment

We utilize a broad framework in our environmental approach and we strive to produce value for society and nature at every point, working with all our strength for a sustainable world.

Transformation to the Future

We transformed worn and torn cabin crew bags into footwear for our children and delivered these shoes across the nation. You can watch our internationally awarded film Transformation to the Future here .

Wildlife Turkish Cargo

Abiding by the United for Wildlife Buckingham Palace Declaration of 2017, we care about animal rights, particularly in our live animal transport processes. Through the Wildlife project, we work to prevent the illegal wildlife trade and raise industry awareness.

TOFD Plastic Cover

Plastic caps are collected on all Turkish Airlines campuses and delivered to the Spinal Cord Paralysis Association of Türkiye at regular intervals. Medical supplies are provided through the donation of these collected caps.

Tomorrow on Board

You can learn more about the sustainability studies, reports and current projects carried out by Turkish Airlines regarding in-flight products, and pre- and post-flight services on the Tomorrow on Board page.

91th Year 91,000 Saplings

We donated a total of 91 thousand saplings, including 30 thousand olives and 61 thousand pistachios in Şanlıurfa and surrounding provinces for our 91st year. After the saplings become trees, the income from the pistachio and olive harvest will belong to the farmer who takes care of the saplings.

In addition to planting saplings on behalf of each individual of our Turkish Airlines family, we are happy to make a sustainable contribution to our country and our farmers with the awareness of being a flag carrier brand.
