Turkish Airlines Gift Card Terms and Conditions 

General 

• Your card will be active 24 hours after the purchase.
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card is only sold on the Turkish Airlines website and mobile application. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card validity period is two years from the date of purchase. The balance that is not used within the period is non-refundable and no rights can be claimed regarding this balance. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not a credit or debit card. It is valid only for products and services determined by Turkish Airlines. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not personal. It can also be used on behalf of another person you wish. 
• When the balance of the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded. 
• There is no monthly or annual maintenance fee for Turkish Airlines Gift Card. 

Purchase 

• Turkish Airlines Gift Card can only be purchased in TRY, EUR, USD,GBP. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card can be purchased at the amounts determined by Turkish Airlines.  (TRY 500-250000, USD/EUR/GBP 20-5000);
• A card number and pin number are generated as a result of purchasing a Turkish Airlines Gift Card. The created card and pin number is transmitted only to the receiver. The recipient accesses the card information via the link in the notification e-mail/SMS. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card can be sent by adding a personal message with special day themes determined by Turkish Airlines. (Birthday, Mother's Day, Congratulations, etc.) 
• No invoice is issued at the time of purchasing a Turkish Airlines Gift Card. The financial e-ticket generated after the services to be purchased with the Turkish Airlines Gift Card replaces the invoice. 
• Turkish Airlines is not responsible for gift cards that cannot be delivered as a result of incorrect information entered during the purchase process. 
• Purchased Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be refund or exchanged for its cash value. 

Card Usage 

• Turkish Airlines Gift Card can only be used for ticketing transactions. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card can only be used for Turkish Airlines tickets to be purchased through the Turkish Airlines website, mobile application and call center (+90 850 333 0 849). 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used for codeshare flights. 
• Ticketing transactions to be made with the Turkish Airlines Gift Card can only be made in the currency of the balance in the card. 
• Only one Gift Card can be used at a time when purchasing a ticket with a Turkish Airlines Gift Card. 
• If the balance of the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is more than the ticket amount, the remaining balance is kept in the same card. The remaining amount cannot be claimed as a refund in any way. 
• If the balance in the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not sufficient for the entire payment transaction, the missing amount can be paid by debit or credit card. 
• The balance in the card cannot be used partially in the payment to be made with the Turkish Airlines Gift Card. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used for additional services other than Turkish Airlines tickets, Miles&Smiles award tickets and other product/service purchases. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used at airport ticket offices or through travel agencies. 

Cancellation & Refund & Change 

• Tickets purchased with a Turkish Airlines Gift Card are subject to the Turkish Airlines Contract of Carriage (including change penalties). 
• Refunds (after applicable fees or penalties) of tickets purchased with a Turkish Airlines Gift Card are provided in accordance with Turkish Airlines' policy on refunds. The refund amount will be transferred to the cards used during the purchase. 
• Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used in case of an additional payment need for ticket change and refund transactions. 

Invalid Card 

• Turkish Airlines is not responsible for Turkish Airlines Gift Cards purchased from unlicensed vendors. 
• Turkish Airlines is not responsible for Turkish Airlines Gift Cards reported as lost or stolen. Card balances cannot be transferred to a new card. 
• Turkish Airlines is not responsible for invalid Turkish Airlines Gift Card usage. 

Other 

• Turkish Airlines may change the Turkish Airlines Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice or make a contract with third parties for Turkish Airlines Gift Card management. 
• Turkish Airlines General Rules are valid for matters not mentioned here. Expressions that are not defined here but defined in Turkish Airlines General Rules have the meaning ascribed to them in Turkish Airlines General Rules. 
• Turkish Airlines does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy, incompleteness and legal validity of any content on external websites. 
• Turkish Airlines reserves the right to disable, cancel, reject or hold for review any Turkish Airlines Gift Card issued by mistake. • Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
