How can I pay my ticket with a voucher?

You can buy your tickets online from our website with vouchers issued in exchange for refunds.

  • Enter your voucher information during the payment process and after you click the continue button, payment with a voucher will begin.
  • If your voucher covers the ticket fare, your ticket will be issued.
  • If additional payment is required, you can use the other payment options for the remaining balance and view your ticket.

  • Only vouchers issued in the name of the passenger can be used.
  • A maximum of three vouchers can be added for one passenger.
  • If the voucher entered covers the ticket fare, other vouchers may not be added.
  • If there is remaining value on the voucher, that amount may not be used for another passenger.
  • The vouchers’ validation date is 2 years as of the date of issue of the voucher.
  • The amount of the voucher is shown in the currency to be paid.
  • Vouchers issued in exchange for domestic tickets may be used only for domestic flights. Vouchers issued for international tickets may be used only for international flights.
  • If the voucher amount exceeds the ticket fare, a one-time voucher is created for the remaining value.
  • The voucher is only valid on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid on Codeshare or SPA flights.
  • Payment with vouchers made through our website is valid only for adult and infant passengers. Paying with voucher is not available for child passengers.
  • When issuing the ticket, there must be maximum 1 adult and 1 baby passengers under the same PNR.
  • Travel vouchers can only be used for online ticket payments. They cannot be used for reservations, pay & fly, and additional services.
