Turkish Airlines received three awards from APEX, including the APEX World Class rating, granted for the first time this year. In addition, Turkish Airlines was recognized for the third consecutive year as a Five-Star Global Airline, based on flight experience ratings from passengers, and was awarded its first Diamond status, for providing hospital-grade health safety for passengers.

APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) is the world’s largest non-profit international airline association dedicated to passengers and the official rating agency dedicated to improving the passenger experience.

APEX World Class 2023 (Highest Ranking Based on Safety, Customer Well-Being and Sustainability Criteria)

As a result of the independent audits conducted by APEX under the consultancy of YATES+ based on the criteria of safety, customer well-being, sustainability and guest experience, our brand became the winner of the APEX World Class award, which was granted to only eight airlines this year.
