As a Hilton Honors member, you can exchange Hilton Honors points for Miles&Smiles Miles

• Follow the steps to exchange points from your Hilton Honors Account to your Miles&Smiles Account https://www.hilton.com/en/hilton-honors/points/  
• Select how many Hilton Honors Points you would like to exchange
• To exchange more than 100,000 points, call customer care at 1-800-4Honors or send an email to: hiltonhonors@Hilton.com

For your points conversion request to be successful, please make sure that you correctly updated your Hilton Honors profile with your correct Miles&Smiles ID number. Prefix “TK” in front of your ID number must be added in uppercase, the following numbers must be complete and continuously. Your ID number must be in TKXXXXXXXXX format (11 digits in total).
