CAMPAIGN RULES & CONDITIONS

  • Earning 25 times more miles (12.500 Miles, per stay) are valid for the accommodations between 1, March – 31, December 2025.
  • The campaign is valid only for Suite and Villa room categories with a minimum stay of 5 (five) nights or longer accommodations. 
  • If more than one Miles & Smiles member stays in the same Suite or Villa room category, only one member will benefit from the card with accrued miles.
  • Only published rates of accommodations are considered for mileage credit. Stays at special rates for Travel Agents, Online Travel Agenices, Airline discounts, any special contracted rates and hourly /day use accommodations are not eligible.
  • This campaign is valid for the bookings via rixos.com, Rixos Hotels Call center +90 850 755 1 797 (extension - 9)  and direct reservations only.
  • The earned miles will be credited to the member's card by the 15th day of the month following the accommodation check-out date.
  • Miles & Smiles card should be submitted at check-in by the Member to earn Miles from the accommodation.
  • Rixos Hotels has the right to change terms & conditions by agreeing and informing Turkish Airlines.
