After this process, they will be able to earn multiple Positive points according to their Miles&Smiles membership status and receive gift fuel in exchange for the fuel and autogas purchases they will make with their Positive cards which they have paired with the contracted Petrol Ofisi stations.

• This campaign is launched in collaboration with the Petrol Ofisi Positive Card loyalty program and the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Flyer Program.
• Passengers wishing to benefit from this campaign must be members of both applications.
• To participate in this campaign, you must first pair your Positive Card number or the license plate registered in the Petrol Ofisi Positive system and your Miles&Smiles TK number on the campaign page under Petrol Ofisi. Then you can accept the terms & conditions and read the information texts of the campaign, which are prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
• If you wish to register via the SMS channel, you can send a text message to 7627 after typing THY space TK number space Positive Card number. (Ex: THY TK123456789 7000190370001903) Following the registration process, Positive Card members will earn extra points in accordance with their Miles&Smiles membership status when they purchase fuel or autogas from Petrol Ofisi stations participating in the Positive Card program.
• According to Miles&Smiles status, Classic members will earn double (2x), Classic Plus members will earn triple (3x), Elite members will earn quadruple (4x), and Elite Plus members will earn five (5x) times the Positive Points.
• These points will be immediately uploaded to the Positive Card or to the Positive Card program when the fuel purchase is completed.
• When the number of Positive Points reaches 500, they can be used as gift points to buy fuel or LPG at participating stations.
• Your Positive Card must be activated in order to use the Positive Points uploaded to your Positive Card at participating Petrol Ofisi stations. To activate the card, you can send a text message to 7627 after first typing “AKTIF” followed by the 16-digit card number on the Positive Card, then NAME and SURNAME. Please ensure that you leave a space between the required information. When the SMS is received, you will be sent information texts prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
• If you have Miles in your Miles&Smiles Membership Account, you can convert your Miles into Positive Points via the Petrol Ofisi website and use them for fuel purchases. For more information, please visit the Shop&Miles website.
• Miles converted to Positive Points cannot be credited back to the Miles&Smiles membership account even if the Positive Points have not been used.
• For Miles conversion, Classic Plus, Elite, Elite Plus status members can start spending Miles by logging in from Shop&Miles/Program Partner Platforms without a separate verification step. Members with Classic status who are citizens of Republic of Türkiye must match the MERNİS information of their identity information and TR identity numbers declared in the Miles&Smiles membership.
• You can change the Miles&Smiles membership paired with your Positive Card once per year.
• A Positive Card can be paired with one Miles&Smiles membership at a time.
• When conducting transactions at participating Petrol Ofisi stations, you must use the Positive Card that is paired with your Miles&Smiles membership.
• Each SMS will be charged by the operator for the cost of one (1) SMS.
• Petrol Ofisi or Turkish Airlines reserves the rights to change the campaign conditions or terminate the campaign.
• Petrol Ofisi Automatic system customers, Positive Commercial Card members, customers participating in another Positive Card Program campaign, and customers under 18 years of age may not participate in this campaign.
• This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts.
