Terms and Conditions for the United Arab Emirates Visa

• Famous Global Group Turizm Limited Şirketi shall be hereinafter referred to as “Famous Global”.
• Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain) shall be hereinafter referred to as “United Arab Emirates”.
• Famous Global shall acquire the passport details, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, in-house position and department information of the natural persons who benefit from these services and the information of those who benefit from the services, such as airline and hotel, if available for the fulfilment of the services it offers.
• Famous Global shall take no action on personal data, except for the foregoing cases.
• Famous Global shall obtain the passport details and ensure that they are entered into the systematic diplomatic representation field of the system, opened on its behalf with authorization by the Government of the United Arab Emirates, for which the visa is issued. Your data will be examined by the relevant diplomatic mission; by no means, will Famous Global share personal data with another institution or person.
• I have read the informational text regarding the Processing of Personal Data, delivered to me by Famous Global. I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by Famous Global for the purpose of rendering the services to be provided to me and, if necessary, the sharing of my data by Famous Global with organizations such as hotels, airlines, car rental companies and consulates, at home and abroad, for such services.
• The application fee for the United Arab Emirates visa is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Famous Global is not responsible for any failure of the passenger to travel, including denial of passenger boarding, unloading, flight cancellation or delays, changes in travel dates and/or applicants unable travel due to any other reason or condition beyond their control.
• The decision on the issuance or denial of the visa is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates Government / DNRD . The decision of the United Arab Emirates Government / DNRD is final. Should the visa application be denied, no correspondence will be exchanged, there is no requirement to state a reason for the denial and the visa fee will not be refunded. Applying for a visa while in possession of a valid United Arab Emirates visa or filing a duplicate application from different locations will result in denial of the visa application. As previous visa applications cannot be checked in the system due to PPDL, it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the conditions regarding duplicate applications or current visas are met. Should the performance of visa application procedures be precluded, delayed, restricted or intervened in processing for any reason that causes a delay by the United Arab Emirates Government/DNRD in processing visa applications of the applicants, Famous Global shall not be liable to the applicant for any loss or damage incurred and Famous Global shall be released from all its obligations hereunder.
• The issuance of a visa or approval of the visa application by no means guarantees the applicant/passenger any right to enter the United Arab Emirates. Entry to the United Arab Emirates is at the sole discretion of the immigration officer at the United Arab Emirates Airport, the representative of the United Arab Emirates Government/DNRD. Should the visa or entry to the United Arab Emirates be refused by the United Arab Emirates Government/DNRD, Famous Global is not liable in any way, shape or form to the applicant.
• Famous Global is not liable for any loss or damage to the applicant due to any delay in processing or obtaining a visa.
• The visa is valid according to the rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates Government/DNRD, which may be amended from time to time. The visa must be used within the validity period.
• The United Arab Emirates visa is an e-visa issued in a valid passport. The passenger must travel with a passport bearing the obtained visa.
• Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on the visa application is correct and truthful. If an error is determined, the applicant must notify Famous Global within 8 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Otherwise, the applicant is deemed to have agreed that the information provided on the visa approval is correct. If the applicant fails to notify Famous Global of any inaccuracies within the aforementioned period (8 hours), Famous Global is not responsible for any loss or damage to the applicant.
• Express Service Feature: this refers to the priority given to applicants in visa procedures. Famous Global cannot declare a specific time when the United Arab Emirates/DNRD Government will finalize visa procedures. The applicant agrees and undertakes that the fulfilment of establishing express service within the specified time is subject to approval from the United Arab Emirates/DNRD Government and Famous Global shall not be responsible for any visa denial or processing delay on the part of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD Government. Express Service is expected to expedite the visa procedure.
• I do hereby declare that I have read and understand these terms and conditions; that I am a natural person, not a company or a professional and/or commercial enterprise; and that all the information I have provided is correct, accurate and complete. I am aware that any misrepresentation on my part may result in the denial of my visa request or the cancellation of the issued visa, and may also result in legal proceedings against myself per United Arab Emirates legislation. In case of the issuance of a visa on my behalf, I do hereby undertake that I will leave the United Arab Emirates before the validity of the issued visa expires. If I fail to leave the United Arab Emirates, I agree and undertake to pay the penalty for misusing a visa (1,500 USD) and all additional fines to be charged per day. If requested by the officer who reviews my details, I agree to provide additional documents or, if requested, to pay a deposit of 1,500 USD to Famous Global for the proper use of visa, provided that it will be refunded upon my return.
