Travelling with your child

Child passengers who are over 2 years old and under 12 years old as of the date of commencement of travel may be accompanied by their parents, or an adult aged 18 and over. You can find detailed information below regarding the pre-flight and flight process for child passengers traveling with a parent or an adult companion.

General information

  • To receive a discounted ticket for a child passenger, you must present your child’s identity document. The discount is applied on international flights if permitted by the flight rules. On some flights, the discount rate may be changed.
  • The baggage allowance for child passengers traveling on discounted tickets is the same as the baggage allowance for adult passengers.
  • Child passengers must have their own flight documents (passport, ID, ticket, etc.).
  • Passengers aged 2 years and over must travel in their own seats. They cannot travel on the lap of a parent or adult companion.
  • Because your safety and the safety of your child is our top priority, the use of seat extenders is not permitted on our aircraft.
