Dear Passengers;

Due to the technical disruption in our systems, all Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet passengers registered for our flights between 01 November 2023 - 02 November 2023 (Included) for tickets issued on or before 01 November 2023 are entitled to below rights, provided that they have their transaction completed by 07 November 2023 (Included):

1) Reservation changes will be made free of charge. No-show penalty will not be charged to our passengers who have not yet taken action even though their flight time has passed.

2) Refund requests:

a) Unused tickets will be refunded without any deductions.

b) For tickets that have been partially used and the journey has not been completed; Refunds for unused flights will be made without any deductions.

3) Relevant practices will only be valid for passengers registered on flights operated by Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet.

All changes can be made through Turkish Airlines official website, mobile apps or through the sales agencies where the ticket is issued.
